Mail in Payment

With all of today’s modern technology, it is nice to know that the old stand by method of mailing in a payment is still an option. It is best to use the remittance slip from your latest Invoice whenever possible. The preprinted address goes to our payment-processing center and is the fastest way to apply your payment by mail.

Eastern customer remittance slips are micr encoded with account information and preprinted with the Lewiston, ME address of our payment processing center. Without the micr encoded remittance slip, payments sent to the Lewiston, ME address cannot be processed there and must be forwarded to our office for manual processing.

Payments without the stub from your invoice or bank online payments are expedited by mailing directly to:
