SEEARP, also known as ARRA - Home Heating System Rebate Program (HHSRP) was created by the US Department of Energy (DOE) under the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and received funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) in February 2010. The program is devoted to replacement of residential household appliances. New Hampshire has been allocated approximately $1.2 million to implement the program. |
