How to Turn Propane Tanks Into Hidden Assets
Eastern offers a number of Propane Tank Options for you and your client. Underground tanks are becoming increasingly popular – not just with homeowners but also with multi-home neighborhood associations for aesthetic reasons. It is the best of both worlds – homeowners can have all the luxury of gas appliances without having propane tanks above ground in their yards.
Since propane is environmentally friendly, the tanks are perfect for storing underground, which can be done safely and easily. All that’s visible above ground is a small dome for refilling, testing and servicing. Underground tanks are a great value for your buyer because they are typically maintenance-free and last for 30-40 years.
Can you dig it? Not always.
Sometimes, placing a propane tank underground isn’t an option. That doesn’t mean a tank can’t be landscaped tastefully to minimize its view. We have many solutions for dealing with aboveground tanks.
