Builder Resources

We understand Builders’ Needs, from the Inside Out

Whether you’re building a spec house, developing a new community, or helping homeowners remodel their existing home, we are your partner in success.

Mark Berry, our Key Account Manager, is ready to make building with propane that much easier on you and your team. Plus, with the addition of the Propane Construction Incentive Program, we can assist you in receiving a monetary incentive from the Propane Education & Research Council. Builders and remodelers who install qualifying propane applications in their projects are to earn up to $1,000 for each home, with the opportunity to earn an additional $500 regional bonus, for a total of up to $1,500 per home.

We are proud member of both the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of NH and the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Maine, and we maintain local memberships with the following affiliate organizations:

Building Timeline

While the timing on projects is rarely exactly the same, here’s where propane would typically fit into your overall build schedule in three easy steps:

#1

Decide to use propane appliances, tank size, type, and location, and work with Eastern to get needed permits. Weather permitting, also discuss the use of temporary construction heat.

#2

Eastern will work with you and your team to have the permanent tanks installed, a standby generator install if needed, your first propane delivery, and a service test.

#3

Put the finishing touches on the new home or business with the appliances installed, any landscaping, home inspection, and finally transition to the new homeowner.
