If you are not an automatic-delivery customer, your delivery status is considered to be “Will Call”, and you must request each delivery by phone or online. Please keep in mind that Will Call customers must contact us at least 10 days prior to the need for delivery, to allow time for scheduling within our regular routes. Requests for deliveries outside of our regular routes are charged a fee for the special trip. Please be sure to plan accordingly and be prepared to provide your tank % or gauge level.
All deliveries require an established account in your name. If you do not have an account or the service at your address is under the name of a previous resident, please call us at 800-523-5237 to establish an account in your name.

- Seasonal usage (holiday cooking, a pool heater, etc)
- You’re moving
- The number of people in your household changes
- You’re adding or removing an appliance
- You need to use your propane-fired back-up generator
