ENTRY DEADLINE – FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13th

  • Please use the online submission form below. The more details you can share about their story/situation, and why you nominated them, the better.
  • The customer must be an active customer. Please specify on the form below whether they are oil, propane, or both.
  • After nominations close, they will be carefully reviewed. Once recipients are chosen, districts where the customers reside will be notified and will receive the 12-Days of Giving bag to distribute to the customer.
