Automatic Deliveries Make Everything Easy
Most Eastern customers love the convenience and simplicity of regular automatic deliveries. Avoid “run out” fees by signing up for Eastern’s Automatic Delivery Service. For customer convenience, Eastern uses a state-of-the-art forecasting system that anticipates your need for delivery. To receive Automatic Delivery Service all you need to do is opt-in. Periodically check the fuel gauge on your tank. If the fuel level drops below 20%, call us right away.
You can also save time and stop worrying with a tank monitor. Eastern offers a propane tank monitoring system that accurately monitors the supply of propane you need to keep your household, business, or vacation home running efficiently. With a tank monitor, your propane deliveries are forecasted and scheduled as needed. If an unusual change occurs, a notification is sent to your local Eastern team so that we deliver when you need us.
Out of fuel? Call For Urgent Delivery Service
If you require an emergency delivery, please call us at 800-523-5237. Please be prepared with your account number (check your latest bill) and tank % or gauge level.
If you are a Will Call customer (anyone not on automatic delivery) requiring an emergency delivery, or your delivery has been delayed due to credit reasons, be aware that deliveries outside of our normal delivery schedule will be subject to a special trip fee.
Propane Customers: If you are out of gas, Eastern will need to enter your home to perform a leak test; this ensures the integrity of your propane piping system when your gas service is restored. If you are not an automatic-delivery customer, this is a chargeable service. This practice is required by Eastern for your safety and to be in compliance with the National Fuel Gas Code.
Oil or Kerosene Customers: If your fuel tank is empty, please let us know when you request delivery if you would like our driver to restart your furnace.
