ENTRY DEADLINE – FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 17th

  • Once all the nominations are submitted, they will be reviewed and then districts where the customers reside will be notified and will receive the 12-Days of Giving bag to distribute.
  • Please use the online submission form below. The more details you can share about their story/situation, and why you nominated them, the better.
  • The customer must be an active customer. Please specify on the form below whether they are oil, propane, or both.
