Spring Cleanings by our Service Team include:
An annual cleaning is an imperative part of keeping your heating system operating efficiently and running smoothly for your family’s peace of mind. To ensure that your cleaning is performed in a timely manner, schedule your maintenance during our cleaning season, now through September 30th. Although we are always here when you need us, tune-ups performed outside of the cleaning season are scheduled based on the availability of your local Service Team.
Your Propane Equipment
- Clean burner(s)
- Inspect heat exchanger and venting system
- Replace necessary parts
- Test gas valve operation and adjust system pressures if needed
Your Oil Equipment
- Clean heating equipment, smoke pipe, and base of chimney
- Adjust electrodes and nozzle assembly if necessary
- Replace nozzle, filter, strainer
- Inspect combustion chamber and heat exchanger
- Inspect burner operation
- Ensure oil system is leak free
All Equipment
- Test all safety and operating controls
- Perform an efficiency assessment of your equipment
- Inform customer of equipment condition and areas of concern
