Wondering how to pay your bill online?

These Step-by-Step Instructions will Make it Easy

To ensure your payments are successfully sent via our online bill pay system, just follow these steps.

First, click on the MY ACCOUNT button found in the upper right hand corner of the eastern.com home page.

From there, you will want to login to your account using your account email and password. 

Once logged in you will see your Account Summary, see example below. 

You can easily make a payment by clicking on the ‘Make Payment’ button. You will be prompted to make a one-time payment, where you will be able to decide your payment method, the amount, and date of payment. 

If you are making your first online payment, or would like to setup a new payment method, choose ‘Add a New Payment Method’ in the drop-down menu. 

Once you have selected ‘Add a New Payment Method’, you can decide to pay via a Credit Card or Bank Account. Fill out the information along with your desired payment amount and date of payment. 

In the Customer Portal, you can also set up AutoPay and Recurring Payments. You can view forms of payment you currently have on file, any scheduled payments, and your payment history. All of these are available by clicking on ‘Payments’ in the top menu options. 

Lastly, now that you have mastered paying online, you can also request delivery online via the Online Services drop-down in the menu. Fill out the form and click ‘Submit’.
