On August 7, 2023, we transitioned your account to Eastern’s customer service platform to provide you with better service, including access to online account management tools.

To continue automatic payments, or select paperless billing, you will need to create an online account with your new account number and select those features or give us a call. To ensure your payment information is secure, our drivers and technicians will no longer be able to process any payments at the time of delivery or service.

We are committed to providing the same level of involvement and personal service that all Goodrich Oil & Propane customers are accustomed to seeing. The combined bulk fuel storage of Eastern and Goodrich in the area will also provide you with additional supply security.
