Accessing Our Online Customer Portal
Steps to Log In or Create Your Online Account
Looking to view your account, order fuel, or make a payment online? Whether it is your first time using our portal or you are a returning user these steps will make it easy for you to create a log in and access your account.
First, click on either the MY ACCOUNT (returning user) or SIGN UP (first time user) button found in the upper right hand corner of the eastern.com home page.
Already have an account, log in at the Customer Login area.
Need to change your password? You just need the email associated with your account to reset your password.
Signing up for the first time, you will need to setup your online account. You will need your Account Number, Phone Number, Email Address, a Password, and Security Information. You can even go paperless during sign-up. Once the form is complete, click Submit.
An email will be sent to the email account that you have provided. Open the email and ‘click here’ to confirm your email address.

By confirming your email address, you will be redirected back to our log in page, and can log in with your new credentials to begin managing your Account online!
