Is Eastern Propane & Oil delivering fuel?

Yes. We continue to deliver fuel and are available to 24/7. Our offices are staffed from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We will be there when you need us to heat your homes, provide hot water, dry your clothes, cook your food, and more. We are committed to maintaining reliable and safe service to our customers.

I can’t find my delivery slip, are your drivers leaving one?

Our delivery drivers may be leaving your delivery slip at your tank after delivery instead of at/in your door. This is in an effort to limit potential personal contact.

Are deliveries delayed?

No. Currently, there are no delays with deliveries.

Should I be concerned about a fuel shortage?

Eastern diversifies its supply sources so that if a supply problem affects one source we have alternative sources to turn to. Eastern has invested in a combined storage capacity of over three million gallons of propane and oil, helping us ensure we have the supply you need for your family.

How can I check my tank level now that I am using more fuel at home?

With more time being spent at home, you might be using more fuel. Interested in learning how to check your propane tank gauge, click here for a how-to video. For oil and kerosene customers, look for your gauge on the top or side of your tank. You can measure your tank level by reading the number next to the top of the floating marker.

How can I pay my bill?

What steps are you taking to ensure my safety if you need to come into my home?

Eastern sanitizes company vehicles and equipment prior to the start of each shift. This includes, but is not limited to, a wipe-down of vehicle seats, dashboards, door handles, and steering wheels. Eastern employees are wearing proper PPE prior to entering homes and businesses. This may include masks, foot covers, and other precautions to ensure the safety of you as well as our employees. All our workspaces are cleaned daily. This includes, but not limited to, equipment, computers, and phones. Eastern has established protocols to ensure that any of our employees who are potentially affected stay at home. We are following all guidelines and recommendations for businesses by the CDC and states that we do business in.
