On May 18th, 2026, we transitioned your account to Eastern’s customer service platform to provide you with better service, including access to online account management tools.

With this new conversion, you were given a NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NUMBER, which is included in your new customer packet that is being mailed out to you.

To continue automatic payments, or select paperless billing, you will need to create an online account with your new account number and select those features or give us a call. No future automatic payments will be processed without this information.
