Automatic deliveries make everything so easy
Most Eastern customers love the convenience and simplicity of regular automatic deliveries. Avoid “run out” fees by signing up for Eastern’s Automatic Delivery Service. It costs you nothing more, and it allows us to operate more efficiently and continue to deliver economical, high-quality service to all of our customers.
Out of fuel? Call for urgent delivery service
If you require an emergency delivery, please call us at 800-523-5237 now. Be prepared with your account number (check your latest bill) and tank % or gauge level.
If you are a Will Call customer (anyone not on automatic delivery) requiring an emergency delivery, or your delivery has been delayed due to credit reasons, be aware that deliveries outside of our normal delivery schedule will be subject to a special trip fee.
Propane Customers: If you are out of gas, Eastern will need to enter your home to perform a leak test; this ensures the integrity of your propane piping system when your gas service is restored. If you are not an automatic-delivery customer in good standing, this is a chargeable service. Regardless of account status, this practice is required by Eastern for your safety and to be in compliance with the National Fuel Gas Code.
Oil or Kerosene Customers: If your fuel tank is empty, please let us know when you request delivery if you would like our driver to restart your furnace.
