Our New Safety Procedures Focus On You
Throughout the pandemic Eastern Propane & Oil has been taking extra measures to keep our customers and the communities we serve safe, which may includes contactless customer appointments.
We know that you depend on us for reliable service and delivery and we are committed to safely being there when you need us. When scheduling a service appointment and before our visit, please let us know if anyone at your home or business is in isolation or quarantine. We will work with you to complete the service call safely as scheduled, or on another date.
We currently follow local, state, and CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting.
In the event of an emergency, additional safety protocols may be necessary. Serving you and keeping you safe are our top priorities.
What can you do?
Please keep your distance from service technicians and delivery drivers while they are on site.
You may be asked general screening questions when our employee arrives on site.
With more time being spent at home, you might be using more fuel. If you are interested in learning how to check your propane tank gauge, click here for a how-to video. For oil and kerosene customers, look for your gauge on the top or side of your tank. You can determine your tank level by reading the number next to the top of the floating marker.
