At Eastern Propane we let you choose to receive your bill however it’s convenient for you, whether that’s paper or paperless via email.
- Paper: If you want a paper bill, do nothing! We’ll send you your bill in the mail by default.
- Email: If you want us to email your bill, go paperless and sign up for ebill.
Enroll in Electronic Delivery Notifications Today!
We have a new option for you to receive your delivery tickets. Instead of a hard copy left in your door or at your tank, which is vulnerable to wind, rain, and snow, you can opt to receive an email delivery notification*.
To enable this change, give us a call or email cs@eastern.com to consent to electronic delivery tickets. You will start receiving an email the day of your delivery with our delivery slip attached. (*Due to State Law, this option currently excludes homes and delivery addresses in Massachusetts.)

Mail-in Your Payment
With all of today’s modern technology, it is nice to know that the old standby method of mailing in a payment is still an option. Use the remittance slip from your latest Invoice whenever possible. The pre-printed address goes to our payment-processing center and is the fastest way to send your payment by mail.
If you don’t have a remittance slip, you’ll need to write your customer number on your payment and send it to:

Always reference your customer number if your payment doesn’t include a remittance slip. You can find it on your invoice, or by logging into your online account.
Pay in person. Our offices are open 8am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday and we have drop boxes available for payments at each location as well.
